RED Horticulture is a pioneer in the application of photobiology in the greenhouse.
Our expertise: turn our knowledge in photobiology into global, efficient, and adapted solutions for growers.
RED solutions allow to increase yield, earliness, brix rate and homogeneity while controlling greenhouse’s energy consumption.
We are currently looking for a Commercial Subsidiary Director reporting to the top-management to lead the teams and the commercial strategy of the company in the Netherlands and especially more widely in Europe.
Missions:
Development and implementation of the commercial strategy
- Define and execute the sales action plan for the company, ensuring alignment with the overall business objectives.
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve revenue targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, stakeholders and partners to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term business success.
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities for growth and expansion along side the marketing manager.
- Develop and manage the commercial budget to ensure that resources are allocated effectively and efficiently.
- Identify and develop new sales channels and partnerships to expand the company's reach and customer base.
Monitoring and analysis of sales performance
- Monitor and analyze sales performance indicators
- Report to the general management
- If necessary, reorient the sales action plan initially drawn up
with general management and suggest ways of optimizing it
Management and supervision of the team in Holland
- Lead, motivate and unite the teams around the applicable strategy and transmit necessary strategic information
- Evaluate the individual performance of the team
- Support the teams and accompanying them in the field when
dealing with complex issues - Administrative reporting to the top management
Desired Skills
- Good knowledge of the horticultural field and ideally of lighting in professional greenhouses
- Team management
- Very good communication and relational skills
- Spirit of initiative
- Fluency in English
