Youtube channel Razor dives into vertical farming

Razor is the cutting-edge science and technology show which doesn’t shy away from the complexities of real science. In the latest edition, they don't shy away of vertical farming.

"For the past century, industrial farming practices and the globalization of our food supply have caused great damage to environmental systems and contributed to the climate crisis. So how do we feed a growing population safely and sustainably? Indoor vertical farming could be part of the answer", they say.

Razor's Frankie McCamley visits Vertical Future, a London-based operation which has been running a vertical farm since mid-2017, growing fresh produce for local restaurants. By refining and improving systems, Vertical Future has redesigned many elements of these vertical farms with the plan to sell hardware and software to future farmers across the world.
