The idea of the 15-minute city is that every resident of the city would be within the reach of a 15-minute walk or bike ride to almost anything they need to thrive. They can walk to school, they can walk to parks, they can walk to parks and essential services. Like a village within a city, something like a neighbourhood.
Cindy stated that vertical farms can be used to grow food locally near consumers.
