Following the company’s latest cannabis research findings and successful project implementations throughout North America, Fluence continues to expand its team of horticulture experts to serve the diverse needs of cannabis and food cultivators.

The newest hires include:

Soltaninejad has also worked in facilities such as ILVO research centre in Belgium and Orangeline Farms in Canada, where he grew high-wire crops and strawberries.

Ashley Veach, research strategic account manager, commercial agriculture: Veach brings a wealth of commercial agriculture knowledge to the Fluence team. Prior to Fluence, Veach served for nearly a decade as a commercial grower accounts manager and project manager for LumiGrow. Veach will work closely with Fluence’s research and university partners in support of the business development team.

Brad Susko, strategic account manager, commercial agriculture: For the past 10 years, Susko worked as an operations consultant and executive for Mastronardi Produce and Lakeside Produce. Prior to his produce experience, Susko held various engineering roles with and launched lighting technologies for 5.11 Tactical. Based in Ontario, Susko will focus on expanding Fluence’s footprint in Eastern Canada, specifically in the Leamington area.

Sara Bovorn, program manager: Originally from Bangkok, Thailand, Bovorn brings more than 12 years of customer success experience to Fluence. Bovorn has held project management and client success roles for numerous major financial and real estate brands, and will focus on supporting Fluence’s network of industry partners.

Adam Edwards, inside sales representative: Edwards has returned to Fluence following his role as director of sales for the International Hemp Exchange.
