Large scale event on controlled environment agriculture 4.0

Controlled Environment Agriculture 4.0 (CEA 4.0) is an international virtual event for the whole marketplace: anyone who works with CEA is warmly invited. From farms, farmers, supermarkets, restaurants, technologists, students, researchers, consultants, system providers, investors, policymakers and more, to meet together to discuss best practice, technology developments and as well as learning about marketplace projects & requirements within the indoor farming sector.

Over 400 industry attendees representing 250 plus international companies from over 40 nations have confirmed to attend. By bringing more of the key stakeholders in the marketplace together at the event, the development of the sector will be accelerated more efficiently. CEA 4.0 is focused on increasing industry collaboration, productivity, efficiency, research, and innovation to support the development of capabilities, best practice, and technology within the indoor farming sector.

During the event, over 45 individual presentations will be held. “With so many stakeholders present, there will be plenty of opportunities available for every attendee”, says Jonathan Martin with Tech40.

“Each attendee has access to virtual video meetings that they can arrange with any of the exhibitors, sponsors, presenters, and other attendees so I suggest that attendees use this tool effectively to book one-one meetings with their interested parties. This is a very effective tool and I have seen introductory meetings at previous events lead into partnerships and signed working agreements/contracts,” he explains.
