Singrow signed collaboration with Aik Moh

Pilot to enable strawberry production on Indonesian island

Recently, Singrow Pte Ltd., an agtech solution provider, announced a collaboration with Aik Moh to set up a vertical farm. The aim of the pilot is to grow strawberries in Batam, an Indonesian island closely located to Singapore.

The pilot setup will be completed by the end of July 2021 and will be ready to receive the first batch of seedlings for the trials. After a successful pilot trial, Aik Moh will scale up into commercial farming with Singrow to plant and supply strawberries back to Singapore.

"The partnership will help Aik Moh to diversify into new industries and continue her application development into 'crop protection' and 'micronutrient chemicals' for indoor farms," Aik Moh mentioned on their website.

Both companies have said to release more details on the expansion soon.
