Cultivatd accepted into trade accelerator program

Cultivatd has been accepted into the Trade Accelerator Program (TAP), in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This award-winning, innovative initiative is designed to “accelerate the strategic development” of the vertical farming brokerage, and to better prepare the company for its expansion into international markets. With more than a dozen indoor farming projects underway across the globe, Cultivatd is prepared to meet the industry’s rising demand and eager to expand into new marketplaces. Acceptance into the TAP program will uncover additional opportunities in international markets and contribute to the company’s strong worldwide growth.

The initiative’s newly developed platform – which delivers practical and proven tips, as well as practices for international selling, is widely regarded to be “the benchmark program” for entrepreneurs interested in exporting. Within TAP’s comprehensive program, Cultivatd will participate in intensive workshops that familiarize the company with the available exporting resources, introduce high-level experts in key functions of international trade, stimulate peer-to-peer exchange of ideas/experiences, and provide guidance in addressing business challenges. All of this culminates with Cultivatd’s customized, strategic export business plan that has been carefully vetted by top industry experts. Key sections of the export plan include: defining strategic objectives, determining market entry methods, developing an international marketing plan, and identifying supply chain and operational resources.
