US (KY): A peek into the aquaponic farm

Lexington (KY) is an indoor aquaponics farm. The farm is part of FoodChain: a nonprofit working in the heart of Lexington, KY to forge links between their community and fresh food through education and demonstration of sustainable food systems.  

The fish and produce are sold to a next-door restaurant. Becca Self, founder and executive director of FoodChain, explains a bit more about the farm and how the organization works.
