Exotic mushrooms can be perfectly grown in a controlled environment, but you need to understand the best conditions for each variety to get maximum yield and quality.
For that reason, the Association for Vertical Farming is organizing a workshop on growing exotic mushrooms. All details will be explained by Dr. Ardalan. You can attend both online and on site.

You will have hands-on learning or online if you cannot come to the Munich AVF Lab. The 2x2 hours workshop will be on:
- How to do your own compost.
- How to build your grow room.
- What growing conditions do you need for Shiitake, Enoki, King Oyster, Lemon, and Pink Oyster mushroom.
- We introduce diseases and how to prevent them.
