UGS is a vertical farm based in Sydney that targets restaurants, wholesalers, and, more recently, home consumers. UGS produces living microgreens, pre-cut mixes, and boutique salad blends. UGS’ product lines include over 45 varieties and are constantly meeting requests to develop and add new custom products to their shelves.
