Nordic Harvest A/S, a Danish vertical farming company, hired Paolo Sardella as its newest Project Manager. Paolo will work on how to constantly develop sustainably plant growth in vertical farms.
Given his thorough background in Engineering, Business and Sales development, this could be the perfect fit for him to expand the company's efforts in sustainability even more.

Paolo will join the project team that is responsible for developing, energy optimizing and constructing Nordic Harvest’s way of producing its future lettuce in Copenhagen, the Nordic countries as well as in the Northern part of Germany.
Nordic Harvest is currently operating a 7.000m2 farm in Copenhagen, Denmark as their proof of concept. As the farm is powered 100% by wind power, it is not surprising that the company continuously wants to take new steps to improve energy consumption and especially the utilization of the energy.
