There was lots of excitement at Webster High School and Middle School, where they broke ground on a new band facility and also a new hydroponics lab.
School Board Member Stacey Woolley says the lab will have cutting-edge technology that will give a big jump start to kids who are thinking about a career in agriculture.
“And to move that work forward into a more futuristic look at agriculture, when we’re going to need to be able to use resources in different ways, is absolutely critical,” Woolley said.
