Vertical farming has numerous benefits for the hospitality industry, and it allows any hotel or restaurant to grow their own fresh ingredients with extremely high quality, regardless of the location and time of year.

Haltia Lake Lodge is a small nature boutique hotel in the Nuuksio national park in Finland. In this video, Arctic Farming will demonstrate how they adapt a vertical farming technique (used by NASA too) to grow their own food.
