Meet Benjamin Wamelda, an urban gardener/entrepreneur who grows mushrooms in his hydroponic farm in Bgy. North Signal. His business, Ben’s Fresh Mushrooms, offers raw mushrooms, mushroom chicharon, and lettuce which he also grows.
