Keith Ward has been appointed as the new CEO of Heron Farms, a South Carolina vertical farm that grows saline vegetables indoors. Heron Farms is working on bringing out tips and tricks on how to replace salt with sea beans.
Formerly taking on the CEO role was Sam Norton, founder of the company. Starting a new job position as Advisory Board Member at the USDA NIFA Grant, Sam will keep his position as President at Heron Farms.
Ever since April 2022, Keith has been on the board of directors at Heron Farms. He is also the CEO of Forward Consulting, a Management consulting business for the development of Executive Management, mentorship, operational efficiency, and marketing support. On top of that, Keith is an investor and member of the Charleston Angel Partners.
