A technical trip to mushroom production facilities was organized for the participants of the Mushroom Cultivation Course, where theoretical training was given in the meeting hall of the Provincial Directorate of Agriculture and Forestry in Bursa.
The trip was organized for the purpose of the trainees to see the method and stages of mushroom production on-site and to reinforce the theoretical knowledge they learned. The production stages of oyster mushrooms were examined on-site at the Four-Tent Oyster Mushroom Production Facility in Hançerli District of Mudanya and the 11-tent ATD Mushroom Facility established in Ülkü District.
