Sollum Technologies is expanding its sales team in North America. The company aims to meet the growing demand for supplemental lighting in controlled environment agriculture with an intuitive and fully customizable "dynamic" LED lighting solution.
This announcement comes as a part of the company's participation in the upcoming Indoor Ag-Con in Las Vegas, a horticulture industry event where growers will be able to connect with the new members of its team. Sollum is welcoming three leaders to support the strategic growth of the company, including:
Mauricio Manotas, Director of Global Business Development – With two decades of horticulture industry experience, Mauricio held positions across the Americas, including his tenure as Chief Revenue Officer at ecoation. He has a track record in 'driving' sales growth and assembling sales teams.
Matthew Bonavita, Senior Director of Sales for the US market – Matthew brings leadership and industry knowledge from his time as General Manager/President at Ludvig Svensson, a company that is concerned with agricultural and horticultural climate solutions.
Tim Gilpatrick, Sales Manager for the US market – Tim has worked in horticultural research and hydroponic farming operations. He will be concerned with applying solutions that aim to enhance agricultural efficiency and sustainability.
Kassim Tremblay, recently appointed as VP, of Global Sales Operations, continues his journey with Sollum.
Nick Occhionero will continue in his current role as Senior Director of Sales for the Canadian market. He contributes strategies and market insights with the goal of further enhancing Sollum's success.
