US (FL): First privately held indoor farm launches in Tampa Bay

Christina S. Alvarez, the Co-founder and President of Le Roots Premium Urban Farm, joined Gayle Guyardo, the host of the globally syndicated health and wellness show Bloom, to share the farm's mission to deliver pesticide-free, sustainably grown produce to the Tampa community.

As Tampa's first privately held indoor urban farm, Le Roots utilizes advanced aeroponic and hydroponic systems to redefine local agriculture. This innovative vertical farming method yields ten times more produce than traditional outdoor farming while using 95% less water.

In addition to its efficient production methods, Le Roots incorporates sustainable practices such as rainwater harvesting and natural sunlight to create premium food solutions.

Le Roots recently launched a new website and online store, allowing customers to purchase fresh, locally grown produce for delivery or farm pickup. The farm also offers a membership program with exclusive perks, further enhancing access to high-quality, pesticide-free food.
