Two days of HortiContact connects the greenhouse horticulture sector

There was a buzz of excitement in Amsterdam last week because HortiContact is becoming a two-day trade fair. The event will have evening openings, allowing growers and suppliers plenty of time to attend. Conversations with industry stakeholders revealed that HortiContact should be more than just a business event. It should also be a place to connect, get inspired, and plan for the future—all while enjoying the familiar snacks and drinks.

Lucas van 't Hof from Easyfairs, the trade fair organizer, stated, "Our exhibitors and visitors made it clear that it's time for renewal. We aim for HortiContact to align with both today's and future realities. Switching to a two-day format is a key move toward that goal. It will create two enjoyable days for horticulture professionals to connect and interact. After all, it's crucial to maintain the Netherlands' reputation as a leading greenhouse horticulture country. This annual gathering, conveniently located in the center of the country, helps make that possible."
