K-Farm tech roadshow held in Canada to boost North American market entry

Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs(MAFRA) and the Korea Trade-Investment Promotion Agency (KOTRA) announced on September 8 that the "2025 K-Smart Farm Roadshow" will be held in Toronto, Canada, from September 9 to 11 (local time).

The event is designed to expand the overseas presence of Korean smart farm companies by providing opportunities to meet international buyers, showcase advanced Korean smart farm technologies and products, and conduct on-site export consultations.

MAFRA noted that Canada's harsh climate and long distribution distances create challenges for agricultural production and logistics, increasing demand for smart farm solutions. Given the strong potential for expansion into the North American market, the roadshow will mark the first time such an event is held in Canada.

Nine Korean smart farm companies will participate in the event, introducing their technologies and products while holding export consultations with 10 local buyers. In addition, a strategy briefing on entering the Canadian smart farm market will provide valuable insights into local market conditions.
