Samsung Welstory announced on Nov. 27 that it is achieving tangible results in securing business competitiveness through its startup open innovation program 'WIT' (Welstory Innovation Track), which aims to integrate future core technologies into its business sectors.
In June, Samsung Welstory selected four companies as WIT 6th batch participants: 'IntFlow,' a company specializing in behavioral analysis based on vision AI Shinil Tech,' a thermal imaging camera manufacturer 'Langcode,' a company specializing in enterprise AI agent platforms and 'LEDION,' a company specializing in low-power smart farm LEDs, and has been conducting PoC for six months.
LEDION's low-power smart farm LED technology enhances the growth speed and energy efficiency of smart farm crops, with plans to apply the related technology to smart farm startups that have cooperative relationships with Samsung Welstory to promote stable crop supply and demand.
Samsung Welstory expects that due to the many PoC achievements showing technological advancement from this demo day, the technologies can be applied to actual business sectors in the near future.
