Fischer Farms has announced a partnership with Dawndew Salad to supply salad, cresses and micro leaf to a B2B, foodservice and wholesale customer portfolio year-round.
The collaboration combines Fischer Farms' controlled environment agriculture technology with Dawndew's produce industry network. Dawndew is a fifth-generation family business with over a century of experience in the British salad sector.
