Welsh Farm trials hydroponic watercress

In BBC's podcast of today, several topics will be touched upon again. Like the stranded Scottish sheep which should be in Northern Ireland, The US trade deal and more trials that are to come for vertical farming. 

During the episode, Hooton's Homegrown-Farm from Anglesey, North Wales is featured. The farm has been trialing a vertical farming installation to cultivate watercress. Besides watercress, Hooton's grows several fruit and vegetables that are handpicked, processed and prepared on-site. The farm sells its products in their very own farm shop.
