Jonathan Berte has stepped down from his role as CEO of Robovision. Jonathan is now Chairman of the Board and handed over his prior position to Thomas van den Driessche. Thomas has been a Chairman of the Board ever since 2021.
As Chairman of the Board, Jonathan will continue to actively support Thomas and the Robovision team as his focus will be on maximizing the impact on important opportunities for the company. He will be forging strategic partnerships, evangelizing vision AI and bringing Robovision to new markets across the globe.
"As a founder, I'm continuously looking beyond the short-term horizon and monitoring early-stage ideas in our market. From that perspective, I can tell you it's still day 1 for AI," Jonathan affirmed.

"Thomas is the right choice for the job with his experience in tech as CEO of Newtec and President of ST Engineering iDirect, a US-based satellite communication company. He brings over 20 years of experience in strategy, sales, and marketing to take Robovision to the next level," Jonathan said.
Continuing, Jonathan shared his ambition which is to establish their platform globally as a key element in the technology ecosystem that is speeding up the successful adoption of vision AI. To do that, Robovision needs to continuously improve the way it operates, and a seasoned leader will accelerate that work.
