Reuters IMPACT made a short video on a vertical afrm based in Sydney. Noah Alessandro, founder and CEO of Urban Green Sydney takes us on a tour of his farm which is based in a carpark.
The farm targets restaurants, wholesalers, and more recently home consumers. UGS produces living microgreens, pre-cut mixes and boutique salad blends. UGS’ product lines include over 45 different varieties and are constantly meeting requests to develop and add new custom products to their shelves.
