CAN (BC): Dorm to table: Activating sustainable food practices with microgreens

An upcoming event, Dorm to Table, will be highlighting the activation of sustainable food practices with microgreens. Attendees will have the opportunity to meet other students on campus and connect with community partners.

At the event, some community speakers will be present, such as Andrea Carlson (Chef; Burdock & Co, Harvest Community Foods) and Duncan Chambers (Owner of City Beet Farm). 

As part of UBC Climate Emergency Week, this workshop is brought to you by the UBC Climate Action Mobilizers at the Centre for Community Engaged Learning (CCEL).

The event will take place at the Centre for Interactive Research on Sustainability at 2260 West Mall, Vancouver, BC V6T 1W9, Canada.
