Indian grower completes hydroponic lettuce, chicory harvest

Greencopia has completed a fresh harvest of chicory and Lolla Rosa lettuce, both grown in its hydroponic production system. The latest harvest reflects the company's ongoing focus on sustainable cultivation methods and controlled growing conditions aimed at delivering consistent quality.

According to the farm team, the results are driven by precise nutrient management, clean cultivation practices, and stable environmental control throughout the growing cycle. These factors contribute to leafy greens that are fresher, cleaner, and rich in nutritional value. Chicory is valued for its digestive benefits, antioxidants, and mineral content, while Lolla Rosa lettuce is known for its high levels of vitamins A and K, as well as its distinctive crunch and vibrant colour.
