Ohio State University will be hosting an open day on culinary mushroom education.
Join a day of learning and expert discussion on mushroom production, marketing, and realistic startup challenges, featuring specialists from The Ohio State University and Central State University. Participants will gain practical insights through live demonstrations, concurrent sessions, and opportunities to troubleshoot common production issues.
The cost is $20 per person and includes lunch and a take-home mini grow kit for mushrooms. The event will take place from 10 a.m.-3 p.m. on April 29, 2026.
