Priva North America is pleased to announce that Alex de Leon has recently joined our commercial team as horticulture sales account manager to meet the growing demand in several key markets. With over 20 years experience in mechanical engineering, Alex moved from Guatemala to Ontario, Canada 9 years ago with his wife and three children and has since then been involved in the greenhouse horticulture industry.
His experience with greenhouse structures, lighting, shading, fertigation and climate controls gives Alex a distinct advantage to provide Priva customers with a broad perspective on horticulture projects. "I'm very excited about this new chapter in my professional career now as Sales Account Manager for Priva, and very proud to be with the market leader in horticulture climate and water management," explains Alex.
Alex joins a dynamic team of over 70 colleagues in North America with offices in Canada, USA and Mexico. If he's not travelling to visit horticulture projects in North America, Alex is an avid runner and salsa dancer; cha cha cha! But of course he also enjoys the quieter things in life including reading a good book, playing piano and spending time with his family.
