Qatar marketed 3,700 tonnes of local veggies through two programmes in February

The Ministry of Municipality and Environment has stated that, in February 2021, locally produced vegetables marketed through the Premium Qatari Vegetables and Qatar Farms programmes amounted to around 3,700 tonnes.

Of the total volume, 453 tonnes were sold through the Premium Qatari Vegetables and 3,247 tonnes through Qatar Farms. This marked an increase of 29% for Premium Qatari Vegetables and 26% for Qatar Farms compared to the same period last year.
