Swegreen has been nominated as one of the six finalists of the Smart Industry 2021 award, by the Royal Swedish Academy of Engineering Sciences IVA and the winner will be announced in late February. The annual competition, which is instituted by IVA, the Association of Swedish Engineering Industries and Siemens has been held since 2016. The ‘Smart Industry’ award focuses on drawing attention to and rewards companies that harness and take advantage of the possibilities of digitalization in a smart and innovative way with concrete implementation and results. Finalists and winners represent a wide and broad range of industries and business areas, with smart digitization as a common denominator.
"We are honored to be nominated as one of the finalists of this competition and to win such an award is of great prestige, given IVA's history and background. We believe we have a very decent chance of winning it," says Sepehr Mousavi, Chief Innovation Officer of Swegreen.
